Cell-Patch for Cellular Concrete Repair

Cell-Patch is a repair material specifically designed for patching and restoring small areas of existing cellular concrete. It is used to repair localized damage, surface imperfections, or small voids that may occur during installation or after service.

Formulated to be compatible with Elastizell cellular concrete systems, Cell-Patch bonds well to existing cellular concrete surfaces and helps restore a smooth, continuous substrate. Applications for Cell-Patch

Cell-Patch is intended for localized repairs to cellular concrete installations, including:

• Repairing small damaged areas of cellular concrete roof decks
• Filling surface voids or imperfections in the placed cellular concrete
• Patching minor damage that occurs during construction activities
• Smoothing irregular areas before roofing membrane installation
• Repairing edges, penetrations, or small sections of cellular concrete

Cell-Patch is designed specifically for cellular concrete substrates and is not intended for use as a general structural concrete repair material.

Material Characteristics

Cell-Patch is formulated to allow efficient repair of cellular concrete surfaces in field conditions. Typical characteristics include:

• Designed for compatibility with cellular concrete materials
• Good adhesion to properly prepared cellular concrete surfaces
• Suitable for patching small areas and localized repairs
• Rapid setting to support construction schedules

The initial set time is approximately 30 minutes, depending on environmental conditions. Patched areas may typically be opened to light foot traffic after about 90 minutes, with full hardening occurring between 30 minutes and 2.5 hours, depending on jobsite conditions.
